Purpose, introductions, and a discussion about our interests that will ultimately drive this project. We want a room that knows why it is here and what motivates them about this project.

Explore the future vision, draft a vision, and lock in the success outcomes that act as the scorecard. We want a vision the team where everyone is on the same page.

Grounding in discovery & pressure test the scope

Explore Opposite's initial findings and then explore what's in and out of scope for the project. We want honest reads and surfaced disagreements rather than easy consensus.

Mapping the work ahead

Gap map, introduce a strategic 'process cube' to elevate the discussion and anchor planning, and a closing capture of where the room landed.

We would like you in the room as participants, offering views, so the pressure does not sit only on the three leaders.

How direct should we be in playing back what came through in the interviews? Higher level, or frank?
